Luxury Resort – San Juan, Puerto Rico
This luxury Resort, one of the world’s foremost recognized brands, was heavily impacted by Hurricane Maria. Signal quickly met with hotel management, mobilized and began large loss mitigation procedures soon after the event. After mitigation, Signal completed the reconstruction of the property.

In 2007, Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico. The Mall of San Juan was one of the many structures severely damaged by the hurricane. The mall was forced to close for an extended period. Several clients and retail locations within the facility contacted our team to support the restoration efforts.
