Beaumont Medical Center is a community medical center that offers primary and specialty care to its community. In March 2019, a water heater failed on the second floor of the facility, sending water rushing through two levels and, finally, settling into the basement. The water impacted operating rooms, imaging areas, offices, physical therapy units, laboratories, waiting rooms, common areas, document storage, and visiting rooms.

Within 30 minutes of receiving the call from the medical center, Signal was on location and started work to restore the center. Our team successfully worked with their property manager, The Farbman Group, to dewater, dehumidify and mitigate the water loss – quickly providing a safe facility for patients and healthcare workers.
