Hello Derrick! 

It seems like only yesterday that you and your team arrived at our Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel and Oasis Casino after Hurricane Maria.  And although it wasn’t under the best circumstances, you and your team gave us hope when we started seeing the progress of the remediation.   

Thank you for demonstrating your amazing knowledge, details, team work and most of all, going beyond the call of duty to assist us in the operation.  Your management team was amazing whenever we had questions and concerns.  These were always addressed in a timely manner with our operations team’s satisfaction.  The best part of it all, was the hospitality mentality that your team demonstrated day after day.   

Please extend our gratitude to Mark, as he was the first friendly smile, enthusiastic attitude and supportive impression that we received.  This first impression made us feel at ease that we were in great hands before you joined our Family of Hope to carry through this project.
